Senior Director of Growth

Location: offices in NYC-Metro Area, 2x per week in office

As Senior Director of Growth, you will  own and scale the end-to-end DTC growth engine. This leader will be accountable for driving profitable revenue growth across acquisition and retention - while optimizing the systems, channels and team required to scale efficiently. 

This role blends strategic ownership of customer economics with hands-on leadership across performance marketing and lifecycle.

This position is ideal for a highly self-motivated individual who is passionate about new customer acquisition, retention curves, highly analytical, thrives in a constantly changing environment, and thrives on iterative processes. This role will report to the Vice President of Growth & Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own DTC revenue, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback periods

  • Define and manage growth forecasts, budgets, and targets

  • Translate business goals into channel-level performance plans

  • Own acquisition and retention strategy across all paid and CRM channels

  • Develop integrated growth roadmap across paid, owned, and emerging channels

  • Balance scale vs efficiency across short- and long-term growth

  • Own paid media strategy across digital, offline, and emerging platforms

  • Scale customer acquisition while improving efficiency (MER, CAC, ROAS)

  • Build rigorous testing frameworks across creative, audiences, and landing pages

  • Own lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions)

  • Improve retention, repeat rate, and customer lifetime value

  • Build segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies

  • Build a disciplined testing roadmap across channels and funnel stages

  • Own attribution, measurement, and incrementality frameworks

  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team across acquisition, lifecycle, and analytics

  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Ecom, Merch/Planning, and Creative

  • Identify and scale new growth channels (social commerce, creators, AI-driven discovery)

  • Lead experimentation in emerging platforms and formats

  • Ensure the organization stays ahead of shifts in consumer behavior

  • Develop and own promotional calendar to drive levers for the business

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or DTC leadership.

  • Proven track record scaling revenue while improving efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV, MER).

  • Deep expertise across paid media and lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical foundation (forecasting, cohort analysis, attribution).

  • Experience managing significant budgets $20M+ and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on operator.

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, manage, and grow teams of 5+ and external partners. 

  • Self-motivated, results driven, highly organized, and has strong attention to detail.

  • A strong drive to make an impact, a hands-on approach to experimentation, a humble team oriented attitude, and a true love for working with others.

  • Presence in Summit, NJ office on Tuesday’s with the larger leadership team
