The Vibrant Talent Group is currently partnering with a $60MM, high growth PE-backed full-service advertising/adtech agency, hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join their digital-first sales team. 

The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating and supporting the new customer acquisition efforts. This is an extremely important role and will be part of changing the vector of who the agency is as they are going through a significant repositioning of the company. 

Our agency client is looking to hire someone that wants to make a name for themselves, with a strong sales background closing $300K+ deals with enterprise clients. This position will primarily involve creating new logos, emphasizing the significance of being adept at selling across various channels. Our agency client fosters a humble, 'collaborative growth' environment and seeks individuals who resonate with this ethos and aspire to contribute meaningfully within a company where their impact can be substantial.

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Leader and the VP of Sales to identify clients, assess and present digital marketing solutions, cross-sell digital marketing solutions to existing print customers, and build client relationships. 

This position will offer you the chance to hone your already developed sales skills, work in a dynamic multiline business environment, and contribute to the growth of our client base and to the overall profitability of our company. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, social media, industry events, and referrals. 

  • Prospecting: Assist in reaching out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the agency's services and assess their marketing needs. 

  • Cross selling: Lead cross sell efforts on identified print clients. 

  • Sales Support: Provide support in developing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes for potential clients under the guidance of the sales leaders. 

  • Client Interaction: Participate in initial client meetings and follow-up calls to learn about their requirements, gather information, and present the company’s solutions. 

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities and contribute valuable insights to the sales team. 

  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software and other tools as identified by the company. Working with Sales Operations, provide regular updates on sales progress to the management team. 

Requirements

  • Minimum Educational Requirement. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 

  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital or technology enabled sales

  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to build a successful career in business development. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and history with CRM systems 

  • Willingness to take on challenges and embrace a fast-paced work environment
