Head of Growth Marketing
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Growth Marketing to lead our product-led acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. This role will own the US market expansion strategy, directly contributing to user base growth and revenue acceleration. You will establish and lead an acquisition marketing function, driving demand generation and conversion for our Rapport self-service platform while managing and scaling a small marketing team.
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, optimizing the funnel from lead generation to conversion, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes. You will set KPIs and growth targets, collaborate with senior leadership, and allocate budgets across various growth channels.
This is a high-impact role that provides the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven animation technology, collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team, and build the function from the ground up.
Key Growth Goals:
Increase monthly user sign-ups from 800-900 to 2,000+ users per month.
Improve conversion rates from 1.5% to 2%+, focusing on acquiring paying users.
Expand and refine US market positioning and brand awareness efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the US market expansion strategy, driving demand and revenue growth.
Build a scalable acquisition marketing function, optimizing inbound marketing and conversion rates.
Oversee paid acquisition efforts, including social media, LinkedIn, and influencer strategies.
Develop and implement tracking tools to analyze and enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize inbound lead conversion.
Report on acquisition, revenue metrics, and activation performance.
Strategically allocate and manage a $500K+ marketing budget.
Hire and manage 1-2 additional team members as part of the growth function buildout.
Key Requirements & Skills:
8+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on growth marketing and demand generation for SaaS/platform businesses.
Expertise in freemium models, conversion optimization, and user activation strategies.
Proven track record of driving B2B user acquisition and revenue growth.
Ability to analyze data effectively and implement growth experiments.
Experience working with marketing automation, analytics, and tracking tools.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, product, and executive leadership.
Background in AI-driven user engagement, martech, or training/marketing team audience targeting is highly preferred.
Hard skills: Demand generation, paid acquisition, analytics, conversion optimization, influencer strategy.
Soft skills: Strategic leadership, adaptability in a startup environment, and team-building expertise.
