The Role:
We’re hiring a Director of Marketing to lead and scale all DTC and brand marketing efforts. From campaign strategy to team management to channel diversification, you’ll be the architect of how this company reaches its next phase of growth—from $20M to $50M and beyond.
You’ll work closely with the Founder, Operations, and Creative teams to execute against aggressive revenue goals, launch dozens of new products each year, and tell a brand story that resonates deeply with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual promotional calendar across product launches, sales, and key brand moments
Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, position, and launch new products at scale
Own reporting across performance marketing, CRM, and eCommerce metrics
Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies in paid, email/SMS, and organic
Manage and support a team of creatives and media buyers, plus external agencies
Implement project management tools and workflows to improve team execution
Drive integrated campaigns that align paid, CRM, content, and brand storytelling
Lead the strategy to diversify marketing channels and reduce reliance on paid ads

Smart channel expansion to drive LTV and organic acquisition
Strategic vision with hands-on execution and tactical problem solving
Must-Have Experience:
6–10+ years in marketing leadership roles within DTC, apparel, or eCommerce
Proven track record of running high-SKU promotional calendars with revenue targets
Deep experience across Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), and paid digital media
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking CAC, MER, ROAS, and margin
Hands-on approach—this is a player/coach role with strategic oversight and day-to-day involvement
Experience managing creatives, freelancers, and marketing partners
Bonus Experience:
Apparel or high-volume eCommerce experience
Background working with mission-driven or purpose-led consumer brands
Familiarity with Amazon, wholesale, or retail marketing a plus
Experience scaling a brand from $20M to $50M+
