Customer Marketing Manager
Location: US (Remote) | Full-time
As Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll help accelerate growth within our existing customer base, globally. This role will work with the Lead Customer Marketing Growth Manager to execute campaigns, programs, and events that deepen customer relationships and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, understands enterprise B2B buying journeys, and is passionate about leveraging data and customer insights to drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified upsell opportunities through multi-channel approaches (email, webinars, digital, and events).
Plan and deliver customer-facing events (virtual and in-person) to support expansion goals, including strategy, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify high-potential accounts and coordinate monthly outreach programs.
Create and manage ongoing engagement and nurture programs that promote adoption and product expansion.
Use Salesforce, Marketo, Crossbeam, and intent data to refine targeting and messaging.
Track and report on key performance metrics such as demo requests, pipeline creation, and program ROI.
Support advocacy initiatives, including customer stories, testimonials, and reference programs
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through targeted marketing campaigns.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
Strong campaign strategy, email marketing, segmentation, and analytics skills.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and ON24.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
Bonus: Experience in the legal tech industry.
